Very Professional Very Happy. Our for some reason would't pass the smog check to renew our license, we made an appointment and had it checked. There was no real issue Very Happy. What I appreciated the most is there was no pressure to up sale us. We had a couple other general maintenance items done, but it was refreshing to not be pressured to do a lot of work that could have been done but wasn't needed at this time More

Dissapointed with how I was sold a car with multiple problem I bought my Hyundai Genesis from your dealership and at the time it had 17,000 miles i believe. I started having problems with it the very next day an I bought my Hyundai Genesis from your dealership and at the time it had 17,000 miles i believe. I started having problems with it the very next day and that is documented because i called Michael who sold me the car. My blind spot detectors did not work,my front parking assist did not work, and i eventually had to replace my front bumper because it was damaged. I ended up paying $2,500 in repairs on a car I had for about 6 months that i had bought with only 17,000 miles with a clean carfax (supposedly).. You guys dumped this car on me . I took it to my regular Hyundai dealership which i have used for almost 4 years and they showed me signs that this car had been in an accident. This was the worst experience of my life as far as car care. I expected a lot more from you because of your Lexus brand. I have not had issues since the repairs but i will be back if any of those problems occur again. Craig Kelly helped me along the way but took a long time to call me back. He would only call back right away once i called and complained to others. Otherwise he would get back to me in a week or two or not at all. More
