Only thing I’d ask would be to have someone talk with Jerry, although he was nice, when I asked him to talk about my situation/ sign loaner car agreement outside, he refused and then proceeded to repeat out loud my DL, DOB, in front of a lobby where my patients could hear my information. I really didn’t appreciate that at all, and in the age of stolen identities, it frustrated me. So please talk with him regarding this matter. Thank you, Alan More

Absolutely Amazing! I showed up at the end of the day on a Thursday, the service center was closing. I had a screw in my tire and was planning on doing a cross-country ro I showed up at the end of the day on a Thursday, the service center was closing. I had a screw in my tire and was planning on doing a cross-country road trip that evening. Jayce Messer went above and beyond to ensure I was helped, despite the fact that the service center was closing. My road trip went off without a hitch, all thanks to Jayce and Lexus of Henderson. I called my service advisor "Jay" and he had me return the car immediately, While I waited a short time he had a technician chech what I thought was the problem and determined the cause was form I had a non Lexus shop replace the battery and they had not reset the computors service reminder.At no time was I treated with out respect over the non problem.
