20k mike service My LS 500 was in for 20k mike service. I would think service would check EVERYTHING... well, I get my car back and my vehicle states WINDSHIELD WASH My LS 500 was in for 20k mike service. Service folks lied about performing a service but not done We took the new car in for scheduled service. An error showed up 500 miles later indicating service was needed. We took the car in and the service folks simply reset the indicator. Another 100 miles later, an error message on dash showed engine oil was low. Brought it in and they topped up 2 quarts of engine oil. They asked us to put another 1500 miles and take it in again to check engine oil level. We brought it in and the engine oil was still full. We all concluded that the car was delivered and sold with low engine oil, and the service folks did not do any work on the car for the first service even though they said that they did. Each time we got a different customer service. There is no accountability and continuity. More

85,000 mile check up and new tires Was received on time at my scheduled appointment. Within 10 minutes of arriving, Jay was ready to meet with me if I had any concerns.
