He contradicted himself in numerous texts and acted like I was inconveniencing him when I shouldn't have had to come back a second time. When I came to LEXUS of HND, and asked for Jayce, he never even came out to address the issue, rather just had his "valet" tell me we will send it to detail. I have always had a positive experience with their Service Dept and will given Stephen the opportunity to win my business back. Stephen even admitted that this was handled poorly, which I truly appreciated. More
