Disapointed My RX was detailed the same day I brought it to your service center for 15k service —it was spotless. When I picked it up there was greasy hand prints My RX was detailed the same day I brought it to your service center for 15k service —it was spotless. When I picked it up there was greasy hand prints on the wheels, windows, door pull on drivers side, hood and front fenders and worst of all the steering wheel. I pointed it out and the service writers who’s response was “at least it’s not scratched” I ask twice to see the tech expert regarding the Lexus Inform issues—never saw him. This is not the first time I have ask for help with tech issues. I feel like taking it to Toyota for service next time. No smiles here sir More

Not sure I made an appointment with a courtesy vehicle. And it was ok until I picked up my car. I was asked what happened to my rear hatch trunk paint. I was told that it was painted by non factory paint. They told me that the problem I am having not be able to close n open trunk is something to do with it. They thought I did something to my trunk and took to body shop to fix it and painted. I have leased this vehicle and there is no accident or damage since I picked up my vehicle from dealership. Sep 2018, I leased this vehicle, my vehicle is 2017, so the dealership must had a least one year until I purchased. And i did a test drive, means there were a ton of clients did the same before me. Now I am thinking that i was given accident vehicle without any disclosures??? Dealership knows people, so even they checked in the system that no accident or body work done, they could have done? Then I was told that it was a mistake. But it is on paper. I took my car twice for this trunk problem, i was told to record it because my trunk was working fine when I took at the first time before warranty expired. And I did. But my car trunk was working fine every time I took. Mean time, I have a doubt if this vehicle was in an accident before I leased, and I have to deal with if my car trunk might not close or open. Very disappointed . More
