I've selected Yes because there isn't a Maybe - We didn't have the best experience - we arrived 20 minutes early and the gentlement checking us in acted like he didn't like his job. Our Advisor was okay however when he told us our car wouldn't be ready until between 3:00-5:00p it bothered us, we booked this service weeks ago and did not want to have to drive in traffic to pick up our car. The Advisor said he understood not wanting to drive in traffic and would ask that our car be at 2:30 pm. We tried contacting him four times between 2:00 and 3:10 pm, twice by text which was never answered and twice by telephone, the second telephone call was finally returned, I believe only because I was upset that no-one had responded to the three attemps in over an hour. More
