Respect and informed. As usual we were treated with respect upon our arrival the Lexus facility. We requested that our car be evaluated for its worth. We were told when we picked up our car that the evaluation had been made and would be e-mailed to use. Still waiting. More

Car battery died, engine light I call my service advisor Tyler and told him my car wouldn’t start. Told him the car work fine when I went to work but when I got off it didn’t start. I call my service advisor Tyler and told him my car wouldn’t start. Told him the car work fine when I went to work but when I got off it didn’t start. I was able to get a jump from the security at work. It drove home fine. I even try turning the car on and off couple of times to make sure the car starts, and it did. The next morning tried to turn the car on but it wouldn’t start. Tyler said to bring the car in to get it check out. Come to find my battery was no good. Tyler replaced the battery. and because I had purchase the battery with them and it was still under warranty, it was replaced for free. It took them no time at all to help me replace my battery. I would definitely recommend Lexus of Henderson to my friends and family. Their services and customer service is excellent! More

Best service anywhere. Had no appoint, but car wouldn’t start. Took it in about noon, they replaced the battery and did the service, had it ready by 4.
