It was disappointing for two reasons...! First.., this was the 30,000 miles checkup. I told the maintenance supervision that over the past 2-3 weeks I had noticed that the mileage "around to First.., this was the 30,000 miles checkup. I told the maintenance supervision that over the past 2-3 weeks I had noticed that the mileage "around town" had dropped from the usual 24.5 - 25.5 mpg to 16.2 mpg. But the highway mileage during my recent to Phoenix was still 32.8 mpg both ways. He said they would look into the situation. After the checkup, I was told that everything was "ok" and that they wanted me to watch it for about 3 weeks and see if the low mileage continued, at which time they would check it again...???? Second.., the after service car wash and cleanup was not good. The four wheels and tires were not washed at all and they were very dirty. Also the front dashboard and the front floor mats had not been cleaned. Both of these situations left me feeling like the service had really declined since the last time...??? Harold G. Koch More

EVERYTHING WAS GREAT!! HAD ANOTHER GREAT EXPERIENCE AT LEXUS!! YOUR EMPLOYEES ARE TOP NOTCH. WORK WAS PERFORMED IN A TIMELY MANNER, FOR A DECENT PRICE.
