Disappointed in the customer service this time around I usually get updates about my service but this time I didn’t hear from my advisor until it was time to pick up my car. Dropped my car off Friday even I usually get updates about my service but this time I didn’t hear from my advisor until it was time to pick up my car. Dropped my car off Friday evening so that I could get my car battery replaced Saturday. I called several times and sent a couple of text messages asking for updates but didn’t get a response. My service advisor called me at 3:26 to tell me my car was ready and they close at 4:00. I had an appointment at 4 somewhere else so I didn’t get my car back until Monday morning. More
