The car wash should be an uplifter after spending a good amount when receiving your car back, but I always seem to have to clean the interior more AFTER than before the “wash.” I think this could be improved seeing how customers wait longer for the car wash than opting out. Wonderful Service Appointment I took my Lexus into Lexus of Henderson for my next maintenance appointment expecting to wait for my car. Instead, they offered me a loaner for the da I took my Lexus into Lexus of Henderson for my next maintenance appointment expecting to wait for my car. Instead, they offered me a loaner for the day. Additionally, I left a key in the loaner when i returned and instead of mailing the key back to me, they delivered it to me. They really go above and beyond.
