2.5 hrs waiting Came 10 mins early, received well, reviewed paperwork’s from David, was told will be updated by text. Car was done, saw it was parked outside. Finally asked an attendant and he confirmed that it’s been done but David was nowhere to be found. Had to follow up 3X to get somebody to cover David.. not a very good service.. More

25,000 service + more Jay the service manager went over and beyond for a “simple” service. The service was done timely, had a loaner as scheduled, but tires were needed. Jay was persistent in making sure the tires I needed arrived, I kept the loaner longer AND he made sure the rims were cared for too! It was all a great experience, plus I get a donut. Only downfall, Henderson location is victim to a stinky neighbor.... More
