OK Experience Lexus of Henderson could be a little better organized. Twice now, people trying to leave have been blocked in by cars waiting for service, and had to Lexus of Henderson could be a little better organized. Twice now, people trying to leave have been blocked in by cars waiting for service, and had to sit until an employee noticed them and moved the cars so they could get by. It happened to me once and it was very annoying. I don't especially like how the service people are sort of hidden away in their offices, and there is no name on their office, so you don't know how to find the person who has your paperwork. I also don't understand how to use the courtesy vehicle. I tried to get a ride the first time I took my car in for service, but it wasn't there, and I was told someone would let me know when it returned. No one ever did, and I spent 90 minutes waiting for my car, which wasn't my plan. I would have asked someone, but no one was around and I didn't know where they were. I was fortunate I didn't really need to be somewhere else, like at a job. This time, I was asked when I made the appointment if I needed a ride, but now, I'm afraid to count on the courtesy vehicle. I have my husband pick me up. I hope if I ever really need to use it, it's available when I need it. More

Perfect as always Dropped off my car for recall reprogramming and routine maintenance.
