And this sounds odd, but it NEVER feels like I am waiting for my car to get service and have great space to sit, relax and get work done. Its why my wife and I are actually Lexus customer for life. Excellent service says it all! Dropped my Lexus RX off at 7:40 AM, loaner car was ready, signed papers and out of there by 8:30 AM. This was for a warranty recall of security sys Dropped my Lexus RX off at 7:40 AM, loaner car was ready, signed papers and out of there by 8:30 AM. This was for a warranty recall of security system. Estimated repair time was 4 to 6 hours. Car was ready for pick up at 10:20 AM. Loaner car, car wash, gas top off, tire pressure checked and all was documented. The service was absolutely perfect and why I love Henderson Lexus. More
