very very bad not expecting worst like this very bad experience, charge me extra money and kept my car for 3 weeks and one after another problem not in my knowlegge, went to just see my key is very bad experience, charge me extra money and kept my car for 3 weeks and one after another problem not in my knowlegge, went to just see my key is not working right ,small problem and it becomes big peoblem it is a brand new car from show room from lexus of lasvegas ,onley 31000 milage 3 years new car and they charge me 900.oo dollars for no reason and it was like night maere it all started ater they did the 30.000 milage service ,i already paid 800 for service and then extra and not given my car and finally he asked me 1200 more i said i dont want any service give my car then they fixed it and i took my car back but still not fixed right now window glass is not working and i dont want to take there i dont know what they r going to do now ,i never took my car anywhere except this location even for oil change More

5k complimentary chekup Service check was OK. WiFi has not worked since initial delevery of vehicle. Tech indicated that it was a Verison issue, Verison says it is a Lexus Service check was OK. Also, service documentation identifies me as "John Michael Wilbur Garrisonl" All the other data identifies me correctly as Michael Wilbur Garrison. I contacted the service consultant, Tyler Heishman and he said he would correct the error. Since the service I have been receiving emails from Lexus Financial Service asking me to register. Since I own the vehicle I have no need of the financial service. My guess is that this is do to the name error since the emails from Financial services are addressed to "John Michael". Next service I will be sure to check the documentation more carefully. More
