Appointments mean nothing! I had a 10:40 appointment. Waited until 11:20 and still had not been called to see the service rep. I left without having my oil changed. Evidently an appointment means nothing. I'm getting my oil changed elsewhere. I've driven a Lexus for 25 years and I've always thought the service and attention was exceptional. Now, I feel as though the personalized service is a thing of the past and it puts doubt in my mind about buying another Lexus. More
