Good service and facility, but Lexus National System down. I made the service appointment to get the 2012 version of the Navigation system in my ES-350 updated. I drove from Kanab, UT to Henderson, NV and made hotel reservations for the night so this update could be accomplished. After spending several hours at the dealership, I was informed that the Lexus National System is down until further notice and TAS case #200220418 had been opened. I asked to be notified when the system was back up. Your dealership has my cell #. Today is Jan 30th and is the system is still down?? The service department should have notified me in advance that they would not be able to perform the update. Your personnel were courteous and the facility is very nice. I do not plan to go the this effort to update my navigation system again. More

Battery I called Lexus roadside assistance because I had a dead battery, they came within 15 minutes very impressive. I drove to Lexus they said it would be a two-hour wait the battery would be covered under warranty. I called for an update on our vehicle and was put on hold for 15 minutes. Hung up and called back and was finally able to speak to someone in services. Great service team as always! Have to go back to Lexus because the Bluetooth is not working I guess it has something to do with putting in a new battery. More
