My service provider Davd has always been excellent I always leave satisfied with the service that is provided with regard to my repair request. However, "every time" each and every time, for years, I always leave satisfied with the service that is provided with regard to my repair request. However, "every time" each and every time, for years, I am asked to sign a blank form as to the condition that your guys are accepting my vehicle. The guys on the drive must be trained to do this because I own a Lexus and I am in my third lease (9 + yrs and faithful repeat customer) and each time I come in, I have to refuse to sign the blank form. I have to ask the attendant(s) on the drive to walk my car, note any scratches or dings and then have me sign the document. Why? What is the purpose of me signing a blank form? I have spoken to the attendants, Supervisor and my service writer ...and it is still happening. It is not good business practice to be asked to sign a blank form. More

Problem is one of the problems I'd asked them to look at and fix they told me they had, well,,,, they hadn't. Now I have to take it back.... I live 20 miles away and only due to the covid do I have the time to return.... still, it's inconvenient and more exposure during a time we all should stay home. Disappointing to say the least... We came to the dealer for a recall notice the service department of the dealership sent me. From the moment we arrived we were treated warmly and with respect. Once our car was logged in outside we went department of the dealership sent me. From the moment we arrived we were treated warmly and with respect. Once our car was logged in outside we went to our wonderful Service Manager David Torrella's office (he greeted us in the hallway) and he took care of getting our loaner and the needed paperwork. The only downside to this appointment was that it was made over the phone the week before the appointment and David was not made aware of it. Nevertheless, David was able to secure a loaner which we requested when the appointment was made. The necessary work was done and we got our car back the next day. I highly recommend your dealership and David as our service manager. He always makes sure everything is ok before we leave. He is the best service manager we've had in decades. More
