Service was good, however I am extremely disappointed that Lexus wants to charge $305 plus tax to upgrade the maps in Navigation. Google and Apple provide this for free. Excellent service as usual for 10 years now. Continued service with Lexus of Henderson has kept my 2010 IS250 in pristine condition. I have very low mileage on the car and it is still like new. Only problem over the past 10 years has been the need to change the battery, which was not unexpected. The pick up and drop off with a loaner is definitely one of the benefits of owning a Lexus.
