Great service as usual Car was fixed under certified warranty, given a loaner, David Torella was great to deal with as usual. I experienced the same issue 6 months ago that was fixed under warranty and I am surprised the same issue happened again within this short period and the same defective part was replaced for the 2nd time. I hope Lexus maintain the quality of its spare parts as it has been. More
