I've been a proud owner of Lexus IS's models since 2007, although I've had to go through some rough patches in Texas due to the fact that New Ownership clearly do not know the meaning of the word "service", although I've had to go through some rough patches in Texas due to the fact that New Ownership clearly do not know the meaning of the word "service", shameful! It was such a relief that not all dealerships have misplaced the meaning of the word "service", such as Lexus of Henderson. To be more specific, James Simmons ,the quintessence of pure natural and emotional relationship embodiment. When he greats you, walks with you, talks to you, presents to you all avenues of the location and finally "listens" to you is what Lexus is "all" about, period. Thanks James, I made it back home to Texas without a single worry, 1200+ miles. More
I’ve always had a great experience when coming to this service center. They’re thorough, transparent, and I especially like that they still detail your car after service.
