It was bad experience first of all the mayor appointment Saturday full service to be done at 1 o’clock then could not be done. I have leave the car. I live under 50 mile from Lexus service station anyhow th Saturday full service to be done at 1 o’clock then could not be done. I have leave the car. I live under 50 mile from Lexus service station anyhow then could not pick up car evening. I was told to pick up before 8 PM, I have to go back home for the deliver the car. It is way below the standards of Lexus anyhow check it out who is responsible for the service it should not happen. I am a physician if I do something like that I will be fired right away. More
