This was the worst experience. I brought my car in for routine maintenance. They said they would wash it as well. I told the tech I only wash my car by hand. He said no problem the car wash machine was do routine maintenance. They said they would wash it as well. I told the tech I only wash my car by hand. He said no problem the car wash machine was down anyway..only hand washing. I waited around 90 minutes as promised and then he brought my car back out. He proceeded to tell me that I needed to get my car to a body shop immediately because there was something wrong with the paint on my hood. He took me outside and there were all of these swirly marks on the hood. He said I must have it detailed and worked on immediately. I panicked and drove to the closest body shop. The manager of the shop came out and looked and told me it would cost around $250 to fix whatever the guys at the dealer did. Turns out lexus started to hand wash my car and must've gotten tired so the sprayed it with a chemical and left it for me to deal with. More
