From being greeted at your car when you first pull-up, through checking in and then through leaving, all employees whom you come in contact wi rate! I was having an electrical problem with my new Lexus 450 took into Lexus of Henderson they wrote down the problem then Steve called to verify the problem.. they had it fixed in about 3 hours saying it was took into Lexus of Henderson they wrote down the problem then Steve called to verify the problem.. they had it fixed in about 3 hours saying it was a bad battery. Very professional washed the car called to tell me it was done. Good job all around More
