I never claimed anything was intentional. But situations like this has to make me wonder. Dropped the car off an older Lexus model. Was told the cost of the repair work and agreed to have the work done. Then during a test drive they lost the center cap on the rear wheel where the brakes were done. And it was an unique center cap with the Lexus logo that could NOT be replaced. They blamed this error on it being an older vehicle so they were not entirely responsible. They kept the vehicle for about 2 weeks till a set of replacement caps were delivered( not like the original ones on it). gave me a whopping 5% discount on the work. And to add insult to injury they failed to secure the new center caps as I almost lost them in the following days due to their failure to secure them and they almost fell off again. I am sorry but if they cannot get the simple task of tightening a screw makes me concerned of the quality of the actual repair. So Mr. Kelly if I do call you (2 months later) what am I expected to get , a sincere apology for what happened ? I was not offered as much as any free oil changes or any free car washes for that matter. You kept my vehicle for 2 weeks and lost my original equipment and I almost lost it again thru your failure to tighten the screws on my center cap which I sent a picture to your service manager and never got e response !.Just your commercial says a 1st Class Company . I sent your review 6/22 its now 8/6. quick response.
