Tito DeLeon and the Japanese gentlemen who handled our finance were exemplary, could not ask for better people. Overall we were disappointed in the dealership. Sales staff seemed to mope around, never asked if we needed anything despite us looking at cars. Called in and nobody answered the phone, Tito ended up taking the message and he found me an IS 500 real quick. I can see why he’s your top sales producer, the others don’t seem to care. Stood out front in 110 degree heat looking at used Lexus to trade the wife’s car in on, nobody came out. We’ve been to service with both cars we bought in one day, it is too slow and nobody follows up. Twice I’ve had to track somebody down to see what’s up, wife is not impressed one bit. Without Tito I would have gone across town. Love the cars, dealership could use a little adjusting. More

I've had this Lexus GX 470 since 2008 and when I take it to be serviced I know it's in good hands! The waiting areas are quiet, nice and clean and a pleurthora of drinks and snacks.
