Lexus of Henderson - Service Center

I had an appointment today, Saturday, for a new key scheduled 12:30. The service provider said it would take 2.5 hours. I was surprised and asked why. Said, no service technician available. I asked, why would they overbook me and schedule me at 12:30. I was not prepared to wait over two hours. No accommodation other than offered to reschedule me. I would not write this review except this is the second experience of the same problem. I am not criticizing any specific individual; but their process - which is the responsibility of the managers or owners. Will not use them again. More
