The sales and service team is excellent and always there to help. All staff are friendly and do their best to make sure all inquires are clear and transparent. I’m currently dealing with a recall on my 2021 to help. All staff are friendly and do their best to make sure all inquires are clear and transparent. I’m currently dealing with a recall on my 2021 ES 350 and the care has been amazing, the only concern I have is the inconvenience that it’s becoming. Again Lexus is taking care of the rental and I’m grateful, however; when first inquiring about the part/remedy for the recall there was minimum communication and I would have to check by personally reaching out. The second time I asked for an update I was told that the remedy has been issued and solved, just being distributed to areas in high demand first and that Las Vegas unfortunately isn’t high demand and should be ready beginning to mid year of 2025, questionable but I took their word. After waiting some time into beginning to mid 2025, I got in contact with their service manager who is providing great customer service and transparency, to only hear that the expected part/remedy is aimed for January 2026. Again, the service provided in making sure I’m being taken care of is good, but can be improved upon especially with honest transparency and accurate information. More
