Great experience My salesman was Chris and this was my first time buying a vehicle from a different state. I live in AZ and Chris made me feel comfortable the whole ti My salesman was Chris and this was my first time buying a vehicle from a different state. I live in AZ and Chris made me feel comfortable the whole time and answered every question i had regarding buying out of state. I seen the used Pilot on line and Chris went out walk the vehicle with me on the phone to tell me how it looked. When you arrive they treat you like your family i had my 4 kids with ranging in age from 13yrs to 9 months. And the whole team made us feel comfortable. Recall review. i took my Lexus in for a recall. Great place and customer service. I was given my car and drove off when I realized there were a couple of idiot light i took my Lexus in for a recall. I had to return my car and wait while I was told the mechanic forgot to tighten up a hose.
