The knowledge of workers at Lexus of Henderson and Las Vegas is woefully inadequate. When we selected our ES 350 at the Las Vegas branch, we told the salesman we wanted adaptive cruise control (ACC) equal to ou is woefully inadequate. When we selected our ES 350 at the Las Vegas branch, we told the salesman we wanted adaptive cruise control (ACC) equal to our 2015 Subaru Outback. He - and the tech who gave us our orientation - indicated it was. It absolutely is inferior. Subaru Eyesight is ALL SPEED adaptive cruise control. The 2018 ES 350 works only above about 30 mph. If we had been told that - they flat out did not KNOW - we never would have selected the 2018 ES 350. At this service appointment, we asked if there was any way to upgrade our adaptive cruise control to an ALL SPEED version. The first answer, from the shop foreman, was "No. Lexus only has one version of ACC." We know that is not true, from our own research - which we did, unfortunately, too late. The service manager was courteous, but not very knowledgeable, which is really too bad, but for the shop foreman to be that ignorant is inexcusable. More

Service review I received good service as they went out of their way to accommodate my time schedule. It would have been a 5 if I would have been able to sit with I received good service as they went out of their way to accommodate my time schedule. It would have been a 5 if I would have been able to sit with Jay to discuss my service findings . That was prevented from happening as he was tied up for 40 mi9nutes discussing a brake pad issue with another customer over the phone. I waited for 40 minutes before asking another advisor to help me get out so I could pick up an arriving relative at the airport. Art Roshon More
