The worst car buying experience in over 20 years of buying cars. They insisted I needed to tell them the payoff amount for my trade before they could tell me what the trade allowance would be. Wrong buying cars. They insisted I needed to tell them the payoff amount for my trade before they could tell me what the trade allowance would be. Wrong that is a trick to try and steal any equity you may have in your car. Second they tried they what are your payments game and I made up a payment amount. My current payment does not matter what matters is what is the payment on the new car. Beware of car dealerships that use these tactics. The internet sales department is basically clueless so don't even bother to deal with them. Trust me when I tell you this go to the LEXUS dealership on Sahara and save your self the aggravation and the possibility of being ripped off. More

We had an exceptional experience last week purchasing our 2013 Lexus RX350! This was our second purchase in the past two years at Lexus of Henderson, we came in yesterday so I could drive the new RX350. I w 2013 Lexus RX350! This was our second purchase in the past two years at Lexus of Henderson, we came in yesterday so I could drive the new RX350. I wanted to be sure I liked the way the SUV model drove, since I was driving a 2011 Lexus ES350. I scheduled an appointment with Paul Dackow, who gave us the best new car-buying experience we have ever had two years ago as well again this time! He was friendly and knowledgeable about both the car I had been driving and the new different model. His enthusiasm and love of the product was contagious. The test drive and trade-in evaluation both went exceptionally smooth. Paul was even able to show us the two exact cars I was considering(RX350/RX450h). Of course I loved the new RX even more than my ES and was very excited by all the new features, especially in the area of safety. We went home to consider it further and when we reached our decision, Paul took it from there and told us with 2 hours prep time, the new car would be ready and we could complete the transaction that same day. We came back to the dealership and Paul processed the paper work very promptly, then took us to meet with Jeff Savage, the Finance Manager. Jeff was also not only happy and friendly, but amazingly efficient at getting all the financing papers locked down, printed and signed by us in record time. We returned to Paul and the Sales Manager Justin Mackie who spent a good 45 minutes or more going over all aspects of the new car and answering all our questions. When we drove off the lot an hour and a half later, we were elated with our purchase, the excellent value and the overall experience. My husband was so thrilled to have a Sales Manager take time out of his schedule to explain the features Lexus Enform! We enjoyed working with you once again and are most grateful for introducing us to Justin and Jeff. More

Purchased a 2011 Lexus LX a few months back and I couldn't be happier with my SUV or the buying experience. After owning the LX for a few weeks, I took it back to the service department to get a clea couldn't be happier with my SUV or the buying experience. After owning the LX for a few weeks, I took it back to the service department to get a clear bra and have the windows tinted. The service department did a really good job and even washed it for me! All of the staff -- from the sales and finance associates to the service personnel -- are absolute professionals. I recommend this dealership to all of my friends and plan to do business with them again in the future. More
This is an awful place. I would never go back to this place or recommend anyone. I'm a first time buyer, so my agent Adam tricked me. He told me to put a down payment of $1000 to see if the bank will app place or recommend anyone. I'm a first time buyer, so my agent Adam tricked me. He told me to put a down payment of $1000 to see if the bank will approve me at 13% with my credit score of 780. I listened to him since he told me I can get the money back anytime I want to. 2 days later he called me back and tells me the bank had called back and approved me. At that moment, I know he trick me so I told him I’ll think about it first. He then tells me there is bank that offers me a 9% which is 4% lower than what he told me at first. It doesn’t shock me because I know dealer always tell you with the bigger percentage first. I still insist I don’t want the car. Here when its turn to be so ugly. The $1000 I putted down, he gave me a hard time to get it back. He would ask me to get the copy of my credit card receipt signed and give it back to them. It doesn’t make any sense because they already have the original copy. I waited and waited I still didn’t get my money back. I ended up dispute the transaction. I tried to talk to the manager but seem like no one concern about my matter. I mean how dirty can they be to the customer. I ended up I bought a car at Carmax even I know they sell the car a little more expensive the market price. More
