This is by far the most outdtanding experience at a Lexus dealership. I called on a weekend for an emergency repair (the undercarriage shield came undone) as we were heading back to LA. From Customer Service to my Service Manager, Stephen Diem, everything was above and beyond my expectations. Stephen got my car fixed temporarily so we can get back on the road to LA at no cost.
