I sat there for two hours before they came back to me and told me they hadn’t started it yet and it was gonna be another two hours before it was done. They said they checked all fluids when I got home. My told me they hadn’t started it yet and it was gonna be another two hours before it was done. They said they checked all fluids when I got home. My husband noticed that the windshield washer fluid was not filled so he filled it up and questioned whether anything was done in that regard. I felt that for $446. I had gotten very poor service on my car and I’m not sure everything was even checked that was checked on the report. They handed me when it was finished. I felt that they were very understaffed and had way too many cars to come in at their garage at one time. Needless to say, I don’t think I will be bringing my Lexus back there any longer More
