Robert and the staff down at Lexus of Henderson were beyond outstanding, they did everything right and made the transaction the best possible. I got everything I wanted and it wasn't even like pulling teeth. They were straight to the point, no rebuttals, and no hassle. I had to wait a few hours to actually pick it up, and by the time I came back, they had even filled the tank of gas. Customer service how it should be done! I don't think I'll be buying another Lexus next, but it would be hard to go somewhere else now (hope they can get a few other cars when it's time). Thank You Robert Mirrer, and Lexus. More

Noise concern I brought my LS430 in to have a knocking noise when going over bumps looked at.As I just moved to Las Vegas,this was my first visit to this Lexus. The I brought my LS430 in to have a knocking noise when going over bumps looked at.As I just moved to Las Vegas,this was my first visit to this Lexus. The staff was very accommodating as I have a late schedule. When I arrived I was greeted by the valet staff, very kind and courteous. My consultant was Chantelle for this visit. She was very knowledgable of my vehicle and took the time to listen to my concern. Not only was my concern solved but they said it was a simple fix and I was in and out within an hour. I thank you Lexus of Henderson for your professionalism, prompt attention to detail and all around amazing staff. I look forward to see you guys again for when its time for service! More
Customer service didn’t start off good ... disappointing I was very excited to finally lease my dream car. Charles was my salesperson... the experience with him was fine until I was talking numbers with him. I was very excited to finally lease my dream car. I was telling him what my budget was and asking him to ask (whoever he needed to ask) if we could take the numbers a bit lower. He started smirking and acting like I was crazy for even asking. It immediately made my whole buying mood not feel comfortable. I ended up telling him that I didn’t appreciate him mocking me. So then they handed me over to someone else. Then I had to test drive another car with Charles where this time he was obviously mad and didn’t talk to me during the test drive. When I brought it up to the next guy, he said that Charles is a young kid. If I didn’t have my heart set on this car I swear just for that experience I would have bought another brand at a dealership that made me feel special. After that, someone else contacted me (3rd person) and with him I talked numbers and got it to pretty close to where I wanted it (where Charles made me feel like it was impossible). Robert (my 3rd person) had more of the I gave you the lowest what it or not attitude... until I met him in person I wasn’t very satisfied with him either. But when I came in to sign the papers he made everything a lot better. Charles was there and never made it a point to come say congratulations or even hi -if it was up to me, I’d say Charles didn’t deserve getting my commission at all because all he did was upset me big time. At the end of the day, I really wanted my Lexus and didn’t want to let the experience I had get in the way. I’m optimistic about having a better experience with Lexus from this point forward! More
