Efficient service I had my RX350 serviced recently. The service area was very organized; didn't take long to get the order written up and into my loaner vehicle. Ev I had my RX350 serviced recently. Everyone wore masks and it looked like they were diligently keeping things/cars sanitized. My service writer kept me informed; wound up needing a front end alignment which wasn't a problem since I had the loaner; there was no pressure on how quickly to get it returned. My car was washed and cleaned upon my return and I was out of there in about 5-6 minutes. I was very satisfied with the whole experience. More
