Poor communication. This is just my second time going to Lexus(all my other cars are Toyota). I transferred to Henderson from Sahara, because they don’t seem interested This is just my second time going to Lexus(all my other cars are Toyota). I transferred to Henderson from Sahara, because they don’t seem interested in their customer. I learned my lesson, this time I told the person who took my car that this is my first time here, he was nice enough to show me around and told me that one of the advisor will talk to me soon about my service, yes, I got a text from Tyler maybe 1 hour after. I patiently waited because I know it will be a long wait. I got there at 11am, at 1330, I texted Tyler because I have not heard anything nor updated. That was the only time I got an update. I am willing to wait but I feel like I was just ignored! I have never experience this with Toyota thus I am disappointed because my expectations were higher because this is Lexus. More
