Patrice and the crew at Lexus of Henderson struck a perfect balance of professionalism and caring that won me over for our first New Lexus purchase for my company. A great website and responsive communications made it easier to feel confident that purchasing our new RX350 from over 200 miles away could be a good experience. Patrice and her team were very accommodating arranging for airport pickup and having everything completely prepared for a smooth delivery and document process. And when we decided last minute that we wanted a different wheel and tire package they made sure that we would have what we wanted without delay. The car was perfect and I’m glad we chose Lexus of Henderson for our company’s Lexus need. More
