Alex greeted me at the front. He is always friendly & welcoming. James was my service agent. He found me in the waiting room & sat down & explained to me what they will doing to m He is always friendly & welcoming. James was my service agent. He found me in the waiting room & sat down & explained to me what they will doing to my car. He is thorough & professional. He asked if I knew where the restrooms were & told me to help myself to some coffee, snacks & water. When he came back we sat in an office & we went over what was done to my car & he informed me that I had 2 recalls on my car that they addressed & I appreciate that. Very attentive and professional although they take an enormous amount of time to do something simple as its to check tires pressure and fix a puncture. Maybe they need more workers?
