They were Pleasant and accommodating but failed to perform tasks that were asked of them. We were there for a recall, I asked them to wash the car as we were heading to the Mecum auction. The attendan perform tasks that were asked of them. We were there for a recall, I asked them to wash the car as we were heading to the Mecum auction. The attendant said no problem, they’d detail it and fix the recall. When I picked it up, they hadn’t washed it, nor detailed it, and charged me for diagnostics. More
