I've been a customer of Lexus/Henderson for 8 years and have always been completely satisfied with their service until my most recent visit. The car received routine service and I pointed out that the Lex have always been completely satisfied with their service until my most recent visit. The car received routine service and I pointed out that the Lexus App kept showing my key fob needed a new battery even though it was changed. The Service Manager (not my usual point of contact) put it two new ones but the problem persisted. I brough the car back in and they check it out and couldn't figure out the issue. Two suggestions were made on how to reset the 'health' portion of the app - neither worked. A few weeks after the service, I noticed wires hanging from under the dashboard. I realized they had disconnected my front camera and didn't bother to reinstall it. I was driving around without the use of the camera, which didn't sit well with me. More
