I have always had great experiences at Lexus of Henderson. Every person there is kind, helpful, and professional. From the moment you walk in the door to the moment you drive away in a new vehicle, Henderson. Every person there is kind, helpful, and professional. From the moment you walk in the door to the moment you drive away in a new vehicle, it is an extremely pleasant experience. My salesperson was Kim, and she did an exceptional job walking me through all steps of the process. She was very easy to work with and really cared about how happy I was with my new vehicle. Sam was wonderful to work with in the finance department and explained every detail I needed at that point of the process. He is also very kind and attentive and clearly loves helping people. Anthony was also very patient and kind at delivery as he walked me through the technology. He helped me remove the previous vehicle and get my new vehicle set up in the Lexus App. Mark even took the time to help me and make sure it was a great experience. I cannot imagine purchasing or leasing anywhere other than Lexus of Henderson. Every second was fantastic and handled by people who love what they do. More
