Scott went out of his way to be helpful when I bought my car. I even called him when I had a simple question but didn't know the answer. I did not find the same friendliness in the Lexus in Las Vegas. However, I have found out that there is a new Lexus dealer in Henderson, NV where I now live and I hear their service is excellent, just like Kuni. More

I disdain the typical car purchase experience because of the haggling and the waste of my time. I had resorted to using brokers or dealing only with the fleet person at the dealerships. I met Bill Owens in 2004 at Kuni Lexus when I was gathering information to give the broker for purchasing a new Lexus. Bill said he could do better than the broker, and he did. No haggling; fair price and in and out of the door in under two hours. We just purchased our fourth Lexus in six years from Bill. He is professional, friendly, helpful and has a good sense of humor. I would highly recommend Bill to anyone who detests the typical car purchase experience. I would also highly recommend this dealership. It is first class top to bottom and they make owning a Lexus an experience you will not want to give up. More
