We visited Kuni Lexus of Littleton to purchase the RX 450h. Dave greeted us warmly and took us for a test drive. He was so personable and knowledgeable which really impressed us. They couldn't have been more helpful; they took their time to go over every detail and were extremely professional during the entire process. My best experience was to have dealt with Don Hervieux. Pricing for the service was high but of course I don't have a way to compare because I always go back to the dealer for service. This is the 6th car we have purchased from Kuni. That says a lot. First is the atmosphere of the dealership - first class all around. Then the friendliness of the staff - always ready to do anything says a lot. First is the atmosphere of the dealership - first class all around. The staff knows their business and the vehicles they sell. This is the second time we have worked with Alex - we sought him out for this sale because of our great experience before. We have always felt that purchasing a car, especially a Luxury car should be an amazing experience. You should totally be able to understand what you are getting in the car that you are purchasing and its advantages! We had narrowed our decision down to the Acura, Audi and the Lexus. It was absolutely amazing the difference our experience was with Scott Bakay ,at Kuni Lexus in comparison with the other two car dealerships! He was so professional and very knowledgeable. He took time and was kind and patient in answering all of our questions. When we purchased our Lexus from Scott, not only were we excited about the purchase and all of the advantages of the SUV we were getting but he made the experience Fun! The experience overall was exactly what is should be when purchasing a Luxury Car! It is definitely a 5 star on customer service and experience and the facility is beautiful as well. We are looking to purchase a Sedan in May and we won’t be going to any other dealership (Kuni Lexus) or any other Salesperson (Scott Bakay) for our future purchases! Subsequent to purchase, we had difficulties with our XM service. I notified Bill, and within and hour the issue was resolved. This issue is critical to my overall evaluation. My previous experiences in buying new vehicles has been that serive is great up unitl the point you drive off of the lot. Bill's service has continued well past the point of sale. More

I came into Kuni and was promptly greeted by Brittany who was all smiles and grabbed me a drink while I waited. I came in looking for pre owned but got Scott who talked me into a new vehicle. I had to call on insurance and a few other places and Dianne located me a phone book and showed me to the lounge, which was extremely clean. It felt as though I was the first one to walk in the door, and at this point it was 3pm. I had a wonderful experience and will definitley continue buying from Kuni as well as recommend all my friends and family. More

The lease on our IS250 was near the end, so we stopped in at Kuni to look at options for a replacement. From the moment we were greeted by Bill, the experience was a positive one. He and Jay not only found us the exact car we wanted but really jumped through some hoops to get us the deal we wanted as well. Bill even followed us home to finalize the deal and get us where we needed to go - so we could wrap it up that day! The IS250 had a bike rack on it - which, as it turns out, wasn't easy to remove. (We hadn't planned to leave the car that day) - but when we came back the next morning to remove the rack, (after the deal was done) Bill really worked at helping us to get the rack removed (he was out there in his suit working on the car!). We were very pleased and impressed by the professional and friendly service we received - everything they did for us was above and beyond the norm - they went overboard to make sure we were happy customers - and indeed we are - Thank you very much! The personel are exceptional people from the friendly persons manning the reception desk to the over the years. Each experience has been outstanding. The work done on the vehicles is complete, never have had to go back to get the job redone. They operate the business in the metro area like they were dealing with neighbors in a rural community. More
