We were fortunate to meet Jeff Kidwell 2 1/2 years ago when we moved (part-time) to Denver, CO and each of our Lexus vehicles needed service. My family and I have owned five new Lexus over the years. We bought our last three from this dealership and currently own three. Aside from being great vehicles, what keeps us going back is our service rep. Jeff Valley. He has been our rep. for over five years now. Prior to that we went to a Lexus dealership closer to our home and were not satisfied with the service or the attitudes of the sales and service employees. We tend to put a lot of miles on our vehicles, so with three of them we are in the dealership frequently. The longer distance for service has not been a problem. We've had servicemen come out to program our garage door openers in our cars and replace batteries (it gets pretty cold where we live). Any questions that come up for anything between service appointments are a phone call away from being promptly answered whether its a dash light coming on during a road trip or a suspicious noise that has cropped up. Jeff has also been the first person we talk to when considering a new car, and he has worked overtime setting us up with the right salesman for our needs. With Jeff, we always know he is giving %150, and we feel safe knowing our vehicles are being kept in top shape. Our overall experience with this dealership has been excellent. Everyone is friendly, the waiting area is extremely comfortable and the service is above and beyond the competitors. More
I was pleased with Don - he was a very professional and friendly person. He explained evreything I needed to know and did not try to sell me something I did not need. I found Scott to be very knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with. He was able to answer my questions and help me in the decision-making process. I am driving my 3rd lexus (LX470, RX400h and current IS350c) purchased from and serviced through Kuni Lexus. My experience with Jeff Valley, who has been my primary service advisor for all 3 of my cars IS350c) purchased from and serviced through Kuni Lexus. My experience with Jeff Valley, who has been my primary service advisor for all 3 of my cars, is top-notch. He is respectful, responsible and fun to work with! He is always attentive ... whether I am his first customer of the day or his last customer of the day. No question/concern has gone unanswered ... nothing is percieved as an complaint (only a concern) or as a problem (only a challange)to him. Although Jeff has been my primary POC in service, my interaction (and observation) of all of the service advisors has been outstanding. Unfortunately, we do not often interact with the techs working on our cars, they seem to work diligently to trouble shoot and rectify concerns. In addition to the excellent service I have experienced, Bill Owens (my sales person for the IS350c) happen to be in the service area (on 2/1) delivery a car for someone else and stopped to ask me how my car was doing, how many miles i had, how it handled in the snow and just an overall 'how do I like the car' ... which I bought in April '10! Nice that after many customers & prospective customers since last April, he still showed an interest in my experience. More

I bought a 1998 Lexus ES300 from Kuni in 1998 (and still have it at 108,000 miles) Every experience with Kuni was outstanding EXCEPT when I attempted to buy a pre owned 2005 RX330 3 years ago.
