When we needed assistance however, there was always someone to help us. The sales manager even took us for a test drive in the car that we ultimately bought. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Bob Lucero was the sales person who helped us make our first Lexus purchase. He was very friendly and helpful. He was very easy to work with and my wife and I really enjoyed him. Even though it was our first purchase, Mr. Lucero was very down to earth and made us feel like he really cared about our satisfaction. We felt like he was devoted solely to us. It was a real pleasure working with him and we were both very glad that he is the sales person that we worked with. The finance manager who helped us was fabulous as well. She was patient and very kind. She worked hard to get us a great financing deal. During the signing of the documents, she explained everything thoroughly, but didn't pressure us at all. We had heard about the excellent service at Kuni and we were thrilled with the way we were treated on Saturday during our visit. I would highly recommend Bob Lucero and the female finance manager who assisted us as well as the rest of the staff we received help from. Everyone that we worked with was fantastic.
