We actually decided to take our Toyota to Lexus due to a recent rough experience with another dealership, and had a phenomenal experience with Kuni Lexus and the Assistant Service Manager, Chad Smith. The overall process was very smooth, he inspected our car, we then spoke about what sort of items would be looked at, he entered our information in to the system, we were given a time frame for pick up and off we went. (We were also offered a loaner vehicle, but did not need it at the time.) We were also very impressed by the customer waiting area available to us, it was very clean, nicely arranged, had a great kids area, and offered very nice amenities. After approx. an hour and a half (which was sooner than expected) we were given a call that our vehicle was ready. When we arrived to pick up our vehicle, it was ready and waiting for us. Kuni had done a thorough inspection and actually even found a screw in our tire that we had not known about. The car also looked amazing! They had done a immaculate job of cleaning the vehicle, which was highly unexpected! Our bill for the oil change service and tire repair was reasonable, and we felt as though our business was truly appreciated. Thank you to Kuni Lexus, and Chad Smith for making our first experience a great one! More
I needed an oil change and the car had a very strong burning smell that I could not identify. It turns out that there was a plastic grocery bag that had melted to the bottom of the car. Dave Nichols was very good at listening and sincerely friendly. He made buying a new car an easy experience. I have never experienced anythig like this before when purchasing a vehicle. I am a Caddilac owner and people might think it would be hard to beat "The caddilac experience". Wrong. The people I met and the way I was treated from the time I first walked in the showroom to the time I drove my new Lexus 450h home was the most pleasant and fun time anyone buying a new vehicle could have. From the receptionist to the assistant general manager everyone made Diana and I feel like family. Actually now, we are Lexus family. He too made the time we spent in his office a warm friendly experience. Kuni Lexus can be proud of a gentleman like him. He is a knowledable, non pressure super nice guy. And, with a sence of humor. For me, there's no other choice but to purchase a Lexus as I've become spoiled by the luxury and reliability that they offer. This most recent experience with my purchase of the GX 460 was exceptional! With my lease soon to expire I went in wanting to assess my options. I'd been in approx. 6 months ago as well to do the same and it wasn't the right time for me to make a decision but Scott Bakay stayed in touch with me over that period of time and I knew I wanted to work with him now that it was time to make a decision. He helped me look at the option of buying out my lease, selling it to a private buyer, trading it in, etc. and genuinely talked through the xxxxxxand cons of each. He's not your every day sale person but is sincerely interested in helping you make the "right" decision. Coming from a banking background he even talked about the tax benefits from leasing vs. buying, etc. WOW...what great value he added to the process. Turns out that they didn't have the specific car I wanted with the premium package, color and a few options but he found it and had it in the show room for me within weeks. Again, with no pressue to buy he allowed me time to make the decision and in the end I decided to purchase the vehicle and am extremely happy with the car as it's everything I was looking for! Thank you Scott for an incredible experience. You're personable, professional and extremely fun...anyone would be fortuanate to get the opportunity to work with you. More

I've had service performed on my car at Kuni Lexus 3 or 4 times now and am always happy with the the experience. The staff is always friendly and willing to go the extra mile for you. I've worked mostly with Travis Martell, a service consultant there, who I've been very happy with. Repair wise they really seem to be on top of it and without a push for unnecessary extras. As an added bonus they provide free practically brand new loaner cars off of their lot and after the service is performed your car comes back to you cleaned better than I've ever been able to do myself. Even with all the extra frills I feel like they are competitive price wise. I'd definitely recommend them... More
They are so friendly and Don is someone who learns the names of his customers. He is always so honest with me and letting me know what needs fixed and what can wait. I drive 60 miles from colorado Springs to get all my car maintenance at Kuni Lexus of Littleton because of Don and the great service I get. Recently, I needed a transmission fixed and I asked If I should just trade it in and buy another car. Don and the Mechanic told me it was a great car and to keep it and just fix the transmission. Along with all the money they saved me, they could have made a sale but instead told me to fix it because the car will last much longer and is in good condition. I was pleased that the dealership would advise me to fix my car instead of trading it in for a newer car with a bigger loan. When I think of Don and all the employees at Kuni Lexus of Littleton I see INTEGRITY, HONESTY, AND FRIENDLINESS. I'm a customer of 3 years and will never go anywhere else!!! It's worth the drive. Nate came out to my house to replace my battery in my Lexus. He was on time and finished the job in 10 minutes. Very friendly and accommodating to my schedule.
