Yes, yes, yes! When friends knew we were shopping for a new car they told us "make sure you don't rule out a Lexus just because of the problems recently in Japan. They know what they are taking about and will not steer you wrong." The advice couldn't have been better. We decided that given the economy and gas prices the least we could do was to start our search with any and all hybirds. If that didn't work we would expand our search. I did a lot of homework online and we had ridden recently in other friends new Lexus hyrid midsize SUV. We went to Kuni to test drive it and I ruled it out because of the leg reach getting in. This shrinking as a senior woman is a bummer! It was super comfortable once you were inside. We continued our search and were impressed with the mileage options. After checking out others we returned to Kuni Lexus and the same salesman, Gary Taylor to see a hybrid sedan that my 6'1" husband could feel comfortable in. Other brands he barely fit in but could not get comfortable with. We test drove, what I believe was one of their loaner cars from 2010 and fell in love with it. My husband had plenty of head and leg room. Mike Parmakin worked reasonably and openly with our trade in and the facts. It still remained a comfortable transaction and the money part is the most distasteful part of buying a new car. We have had our new car for 1 week now and are loving it. They would have a hard time twisting our arm and telling us they needed it back. Archer Goodman was selling products -- we understood that and he handled financing. Yet, he managed to make it easy to understand in laymans terms and as fun as possible. Our new car had to go into the shop to get some of the extras we ordered for it and they were very flexible with my crazy social calendar. A loaner was available, as promised, and I found it great that it was the same model as we had purchased which made the transition to a loaner very comfortable. I have never been one to drive other peoples cars. The service department had to have our car and extra day and we were advised of that and it was workable for us. When we picked up our own new car it had been kept inside all warm and cozy for the 2 days rain Denver had had. The loaner was OK, but it was like picking up your own kid when we got our snazzy Matador Red car back! We are loving it and enjoying learning things about it one at a time. Any and all friends are eating up how gorgeous the car is and my husband is thrilled with the lines of the car and the transparancy of the dealership. This is Mama's car but hubby has gotten to drive it 3 times. Other than that he is a happy passenger because the car fits him. Also, we are at 33 miles to a gallon which is a huge differnce from our old large SUV. We no longer needed 2 SUV's in our garage. We cringed at the idea of having to buy a new car and Kuni Lexus couldn't have made it any easier unless they had driven the car to our home. Thanks to all and keep up the good work. I have owned a Lexus for 9 years and had service in 4 states, although all have been wonderful, Kuni rates at the top! The service reps are so courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. I have had Kuni Lexus service my vehicle in the past, but have never received the level of customer service that I received from Shelly. As a mom of two, I really appreciated the kids play area and the assistance from the team members to move car seats and such from the loaner to nicely cleaned car. MY VISIT FOR AN OIL CHANGE RESULTED IN SPENDING MORE THAN I EXPECTED AND WILL HAVE TO HAVE MORE WORK DONE THAT WILL COST MORE THAN $2500 SO I AM NOT A HAPPY CAMPER ABOUT THAT. I was greeted immediately when I arrived. The gentleman who helped me was friendly. The waiting area is large and comfortable and had a table for me to work on and a plug for my computer. The relationship is very professional and honorable. It makes me feel good about the experience, and the dealer. A coworker had the exact opposite (and nightmare) experience at a local subaru dealer having his 2009 engine worked on. I was quite glad with my choices. Thanks Paul More
We did not buy our car at Kuni but you would never know that we did'nt. Our Lexus was just had it there for service. Shelly and Rich, the mechanic, were awesome. She made us feel important and not just a number. We totaly love your dealership and because of them, when we are ready to buy again, we would not hesitate to choose Kuni Lexus. You are very lucky to have such valuable employees. When it seems these days in most places service does not exist, your dealership, Shelly and Rich, were a breath of fresh air. Kuni's service department is the best. This is the main reason I continue to be a Lexus customer. Anyone can sell a car...a lot can sell good cars....the service department at Kuni makes the deal for me. T reason I continue to be a Lexus customer. Their continuity of the same service writers helps me to know that I will be placed with someone that knows me and my car. I would like a receptionist to make the appointments instead of getting random service people to answer the phone, so I can book what I need with a service rep that I like to work with. That said, there is always one (and only one to date) service rep that I avoid. Thanks, for doing a great job! More

The service department was fantastic. We showed up without an appointment and were given a loaner while the service department checked out the need for a new battery. We received emails and phone calls stating that we needed a new battery. The price was fair and our old battery got pro-rated. We definitely enjoy our Lexus 400 H and the continued excellent service from Kuni Lexus. More
I had a dead battery. The 800# Roadside Assistance was not responsive, so I called Kuni Lexus. Within 10 minutes, Nate was at my car with jumper cables and got me going. He even offered to pick me up not responsive, so I called Kuni Lexus. Within 10 minutes, Nate was at my car with jumper cables and got me going. He even offered to pick me up at my house and drive me to where the car had broken down. Unfortunately, the battery died again the next morning. Agan, he came immediately and jump started it again. This time I drove it directly to Kuni Lexus and received excellent service from Pierre, who drove me to my house while the new battery was installed -- which they did within an hour. Kuni Lexus has outstanding service representatives. This is my third Lexus from Kuni and they have a customer for life. Please thank Nate, Jared and Pierre for me. Susan Blake Smith More
