Jared was friendly and helpful. He told me when I got there how long the service would take, and said he would try to get me out before that. My two business partners lease BMWs and all of their scheduled maintenance is covered in their leases. I think Lexus should move to that model. I would be willing to pay a little more each month so I didn't have to worry about that. Having said that, I have checked your pricing against other service centers in my area, and you are very competitive, so I would rank your pricing as good. More
Kevin did an excellent job. The fee was higher than I expected, especially to repair the door handle which popped off on it's own! But Kevin did the best he could for me and allowed me to use coupons th expected, especially to repair the door handle which popped off on it's own! My visit was a recall of my Lexus. The dealership called me and set up an appointment for the recall repairs. Shelly not only told me exactly what the work would entail but asked me if I had any other probl me and set up an appointment for the recall repairs. I came in for a broken window on the driver's secondary door, the fix was great. Second was a squeak in the rear seats, they said they fixed it but I still hear it. The service personnel were all very friendly and helpful, and getting a loaner car was no problem, just disappointed with the on going squeak from the back seats. More

He was very pleasant throughout the discussion we had and throught the offer process. In the end we had a fair deal. He was very helpful walking me through the closing process on the deal as well as describing the cars features. He displayed good knowledge of the vehicle's electronics and inner workings. It was an extremely pleasant buying experience. My family now owns two Lexus bought from Kuni and we were happy with both purchases and the experience we had at the dealership. We would recommend it to anyone interested in a Lexus. More

Bill was patient with helping us adjust to the vehicle. I had a problem with the navigation system when I left. Upon calling Bill, he graciously assisted and got me straigtened out. Bill's plesant demeanor and direction were refreashing. For my next car purchase I will definitely seek Bill Owens out. More
Experience got off to a bad start when the work could not be performed on the day it was scheduled, service recovery was very good. I was able to reschedule and was offered a loaner car for the day of the work. I was working both with Mike and another gentlemen whose name I cannot remember (possibly Brad, a younger man). In any case, on my second visit, the younger associate discovered that my vehicle was still under warranty and after further checking with Mike, was able to complete the repair work at no charge to me. This was a great discovery and one I had not anticipated. A savings to me of roughly $350 that day! I am in the hospitality industry and know that occasionaly tricky situations arise such as this - however, it is all in the recovery and I felt your team did very well. As I mentioned in my prior survey, I believe such instances could be avoided or mitigated by more thorough review of appointments made through the online process. Prior to my first arrival at the dealership, it should have been discovered that the part needed was not in stock and that service would need to be rescheduled. More
Yes, yes, yes! When friends knew we were shopping for a new car they told us "make sure you don't rule out a Lexus just because of the problems recently in Japan. They know what they are taking about and will not steer you wrong." The advice couldn't have been better. We decided that given the economy and gas prices the least we could do was to start our search with any and all hybirds. If that didn't work we would expand our search. I did a lot of homework online and we had ridden recently in other friends new Lexus hyrid midsize SUV. We went to Kuni to test drive it and I ruled it out because of the leg reach getting in. This shrinking as a senior woman is a bummer! It was super comfortable once you were inside. We continued our search and were impressed with the mileage options. After checking out others we returned to Kuni Lexus and the same salesman, Gary Taylor to see a hybrid sedan that my 6'1" husband could feel comfortable in. Other brands he barely fit in but could not get comfortable with. We test drove, what I believe was one of their loaner cars from 2010 and fell in love with it. My husband had plenty of head and leg room. Mike Parmakin worked reasonably and openly with our trade in and the facts. It still remained a comfortable transaction and the money part is the most distasteful part of buying a new car. We have had our new car for 1 week now and are loving it. They would have a hard time twisting our arm and telling us they needed it back. Archer Goodman was selling products -- we understood that and he handled financing. Yet, he managed to make it easy to understand in laymans terms and as fun as possible. Our new car had to go into the shop to get some of the extras we ordered for it and they were very flexible with my crazy social calendar. A loaner was available, as promised, and I found it great that it was the same model as we had purchased which made the transition to a loaner very comfortable. I have never been one to drive other peoples cars. The service department had to have our car and extra day and we were advised of that and it was workable for us. When we picked up our own new car it had been kept inside all warm and cozy for the 2 days rain Denver had had. The loaner was OK, but it was like picking up your own kid when we got our snazzy Matador Red car back! We are loving it and enjoying learning things about it one at a time. Any and all friends are eating up how gorgeous the car is and my husband is thrilled with the lines of the car and the transparancy of the dealership. This is Mama's car but hubby has gotten to drive it 3 times. Other than that he is a happy passenger because the car fits him. Also, we are at 33 miles to a gallon which is a huge differnce from our old large SUV. We no longer needed 2 SUV's in our garage. We cringed at the idea of having to buy a new car and Kuni Lexus couldn't have made it any easier unless they had driven the car to our home. Thanks to all and keep up the good work. I have owned a Lexus for 9 years and had service in 4 states, although all have been wonderful, Kuni rates at the top! The service reps are so courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. The lounge facility makes it a pleasant place to wait for service to be completed and every time I have scheduled service that requires a loaner, the car provided has met or exceeded expectation. More
