The whole experience was quite pleaseant from the first phone call to driving my serviced car home. The service is amazing. To be honest - I been looking for a new car for next year and - there are few tempting options other then Lexus, but service and Kuni Lexus and the location of a new delarship (Bellev a new car for next year and - there are few tempting options other then Lexus, but service and Kuni Lexus and the location of a new delarship (Belleview and I-25) forcing me to get another Lexus :). At this point I am just trying to decide what model. Have to mention exceptional service by Jeff Valley. Love working with him. Going to see you guys again at the end of the month. Everybody at Kuni Lexus is great to work with. I just have difficulty understanding why a car company like Lexus uses cheap crome on plastic instead of metal. The crome on plastic doesn't withstand ( ho have difficulty understanding why a car company like Lexus uses cheap crome on plastic instead of metal. I have had great Service with Kuni for over 5 years with different cars. I have a good rerlationship with Jared, I know he will be fair and respons to my Service. situations. The Kuni Lexus service team, led by Mr. Jeff Kidwell, always exceed my expectations. Scheduling for my GS 300's service was at my convenience, and Jeff also helped get a second car (my SC 300)through in always exceed my expectations. All service procedures, prices, and options were thoroughly explained by Jeff, and Jeff also made sure that I was not inconvenienced, arranging for a Lexus Service Loaner (a beautiful 2011 ES 350!). Jeff Kidwell's wonderful attitude and demeanor as Service Consultant, have enabled a long-term trust based relationship, that gives the customer confidence in Kuni's service practices. Jeff truly represents the excellence of the 'Lexus Way'. Kuni always provides service I can trust, using the highest quality OEM parts and highly trained and experienced Service Technicans. Kuni also offers a warm and inviting atmosphere with both relaxation and entertainment/business options, in an exceptionall clean and organized facility. In all Kuni provides trusted service for all three of my family's Lexus vehicles, my '93 GS 300 & '95 SC 300, and my Mom's '05 RX 330. I strongly recommend Kuni Lexus for any Lexus service needs. Service Team's Performance was excellent. Kevin, service consultant, was friendly, informative, and everything moved in a timely and efficient manner. Both my wife and I take our vehicles to Kuni. We are always treated well. Our service consultant, Jeff, knows our vehicles as if they were his own. Fantastic service - our sales person, Jack was amazing, knowledgable and so easy to work with. All my experiences with Kuni Lexus Littleton have been good. Even the customer waiting area is good for either relaxation or work. The work was done as promised at the quoted cost.
