As I've stated before, Jeff Valley is great - friendly, courteous, helpful, etc. He goes out of his way to accomodate customers. I never feel as if I'm taking up his time. Jeff was very helpful when I called him with my brake problem. He is always so efficient and helpful. He had a loaner ready for me and explained everything in a very clear manner.
