At first the work took longer to complete than promised, however, they made it convenient since they had given me a loaner car to use. Then the work done was not all that needed to be done (due to a misunderstanding between me and the service rep., his estimate was not thorough enough so I didn't approve the complete project when subsequently called to confirm), requiring me to come back again to have the job finished.
