I couldn't help but notice that Robert NEVER once made eye contact with me when he was doing the talking, only when I was talking. Could never bring myself to do business with this person. Kevin was very good when I check in. Because of the unusual nature of my maintenance problem, he called a tech, Eddie, in to go on a test ride with me so I could illustrate the nature of the problem. Eddie and I had a great ride and I believe he understood my concerns. Kevin explained what was done to the car and what Eddie thought was actually wrong. Eddie check all the bearings to determine that none of them were bad and causing the vibration that I was concerned about. Kevin checked me out professionally and took me to my car. As I was resetting the seat and mirrors before I left, I discovered the mirrors were not working properly and I could not adjust the mirrors laterally. I went back in to tell Kevin, but he had checked out for the day. I asked Jeff if he could help me and he jumped right on the problem. He came to the car and certified that the mirrors would not work and stated that a tech would have to run an electrical check on the system in the morning. I was somewhat concerned, because I was planning to return home some 200 miles away and didn't want to be held up. Jeff said he would tell me what the tech found after the check and we could go from there. Jeff called the next morning and explained that the problem could not be duplicated by the tech (the problem was intermittent). Jeff then called Lexus and discovered that this problem had a history with this problem and was not an uncommon problem. Jeff then called the aftermarket warranty company and explained the problem and that my warranty was running out in a few days. The company agreed with Jeff and agreed to pay for the fix. After the actuators were replaced, Jeff called me to pick up the car. This was by 1030 a.m. I had plenty of time to return home that day. Jeff did a great job. I rated the overall experience GOOD, not great, because when I got the car back to the hotel, I discovered some black marks all over the back driver's seat. Normally this wouldn't have happened because Kuni covers the seats with plastic when the car comes in. The plastic was removed when I was getting ready to leave the first time and apparently was not replace for the second go around. Otherwise, a great experience. More

We went in to get a recall fixed and also had a warning light on in the dash. The staff was friendly and quick to help us. Best of all, the service was free and we got a full tank of gas and a car wash! light on in the dash. The staff was friendly and quick to help us. I went in last week to have the oil checked on my 2011 R450H Lexus. They originally said it would take approximately an hour and a half including the car wash. As usual the customer waiting area was very inviting, with coffee and various treats. I was engrossed in my reading when they came in and said my car was finished. It only took an hour, including the car wash. This is my second Lexus and I have always had a favorable experience when visiting Kuni. Thanks again for your great service..//Greg Kinney More
Jeff helped me trim some items from the 95K service since some of the items had recently been completed elsewhere. The primary reason we took the car in was because when it rained or we washed the vehicle the idiot lights would come on and since we had it in we thought we would get the 15K service. Upon dropping the car off Bill Vogel asked me, Kathy, if the windshield had ever been replaced and she replied no. The following day I (Kathy) had to leave town on a business trip so all further conversation with Bill was done through my husband Gary. While I was gone Bill contacted Gary and informed him it appeared the windshield had been replaced and that the responsible party for correcting the leaky windshield was whomever replaced the glass. Gary told Bill that we only had the car for a little more than a year and to the best of his knowledge the windshield was never replaced. Gary then contacted our insurance company to confirm that we had not had the windshild replaced and then contacted H.M. Brown our car broker who facilitated the purchase of this vehicle and they too stated that they did not have the windshield replaced. Needless to say after jumping through all these hoops Bill realized that it was his staff that made the error and the windshield was in fact the factory installed glass and that this repair woud be made free of charge as the result. Your dealership had position of my car for over a week which we felt was quite excessive but we did in fact have a rental vehicle to get us by which was a god send. Last but not least $400 for a 15K maintenance that basically consisted of a oil change, tire rotation and a visual inspection seemed extremly pricey. Overall this experience left a bad taste in our mouth and more than likely we will not be back to have our car serviced at your dealership. More
